The unit is very clean! And the host responded to our questions very promptly!

We stayed here while visiting Truist Park to watch a Braves game. There were a few positives, but several issues made the stay disappointing.Check-in was a bit odd, with the keys simply taped to a wall in the parkade. There was NO Airbnb/VRBO signage in the building (it specifically said "No Short-Term Rentals"), which made the arrival process feel unusual.The unit was pretty beat up and was obviously being used as a short-term rental. More importantly, the lobby had an extremely strong cleaning chemical smell, and the unit itself was overwhelmed by the scent of Pine-Sol or a similar cleaner. It was so strong that it was difficult to ignore.The listing also advertised a double pull-out sofa, but there wasn't one. After we asked, the host said there was an inflatable mattress available instead. While that may work for some guests, it's not the same as a pull-out couch and should be accurately reflected in the listing.The neighborhood around the condo was pleasant enough, but don't book this expecting to walk to Truist Park. It's roughly a 40-minute walk, and after a Braves game it's not a walk I'd recommend.Overall, the unit did not match the listing in several important ways. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

This property was amazing! SUPER clean. Easy to access with all of the essentials. Even though it is close to the stadium we did uber for most of the trip since it is on the other side of the highway. But the bridges do make walking easy. As long as you’re prepared for a nice little stroll it wasn’t bad at all. Note that daily parking is 10-15 a day so be prepared for that. The cafe attached to the apartment complex was good. The juice bar was also excellent. Making it quick and easy if you want to grab a bite to eat or drink before leaving. Would definitely book here again!

We had a great overall stay and really appreciated how helpful and responsive the host was. Especially as we worked through a same-day check-in issue on VRBO’s side. They were quick to respond and even checked in after our late-night arrival, which we truly appreciated.The unit itself was clean, elegantly decorated, and had a cozy, calm, homey feel. There were also several thoughtful touches that made a great first impression, like extra pillows and blankets, along with a well-stocked coffee station with K-cups.A few things future guests may want to be aware of:-The parking garage has a 7-foot height limit. We had to remove the roof rack from our Tahoe to fit, so that’s helpful to know in advance.-The key fob lockboxes were difficult to read, and there were multiple boxes with very little distinction between them. We were fortunate to choose the correct one.-Only one key fob was available, which made it a bit challenging for our group since building access requires it at all times.Overall, a lovely place to stay with a very attentive host. Just a few logistical details to keep in mind when planning your visit.
